Apparently what Joey has is ABO incompatibility.

He is doing much better, but we are still using lights to get his jaundice low enough. He had a "blood exchange" which helped.
Best case....if his 11pm labs are good enough, he can come off the lights for awhile to see how he does then. If all is good, we may get to go home Friday morning.
